Role & responsibilities

Public Relations & Brand Management

- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the hospital's reputation and visibility.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with patients, media representatives, community leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate promotional activities, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.

Patient Grievance Management
- Lead the Patient Grievance Cell and ensure prompt resolution of patient complaints and concerns.
- Monitor patient feedback, satisfaction surveys, and grievance trends.

Telecalling & Patient Coordination
- Supervise and monitor the Telecalling Team for appointment bookings, patient follow-ups, and service promotion.
- Ensure achievement of patient engagement and conversion targets.
- Monitor call quality, patient feedback, and telecalling performance metrics.

OPD Operations Coordination
- Oversee the functioning of OPD Coordinators and front-office patient flow management.
- Ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of patient appointments.
- Monitor patient waiting times and service efficiency.





Consultant Coordination & Scheduling
- Manage consultant rosters, OPD schedules, leave records, and availability.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding appointments, procedures, camps, and hospital events.
- Ensure timely communication of schedule changes to relevant departments.

Event & Community Outreach Management
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, conferences, seminars, and hospital events.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, venue arrangements, and event promotion.
- Ensure successful execution of events within budget and timelines.
- Maintain relationships with community organizations and corporate partners.

Communication Management
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
- Manage hospital newsletters, brochures, patient education materials, and social media communication.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate communication between management, consultants, departments, and patients.
