- Process improvement will be across production, store, material handling,Run test, inward, packing, documentation and any other aspect that will improve the delivery time.

- Overall responsibility for inprocess R&D;

- Working table designs, motorised tool, Developement of fixture, gauges as per need of the product.

- Time & motion study at process level, idendtification of repeated action/motion elimination & recent process structuring

- Prepare Kaizen documentetion

- Prepare training video
- Training planning.

- Prepare audit checklist

- Kaizen topsheet management
- Co-ordination with section incharge, purchase team, vendor, management, QC HOD

- Study testing process, restucture & automate to manage the shift production (production to dispatch at same day)

- Production Planning & Monitoring

- Identify and coordinate correction of BOM and documentation errors
- To ensure timely delivery through effective production planning
