Walk-In Drive

- Dates: 9th September 11th September 2026 Venue: Symphoni HR Office, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Identify and shortlist relevant candidates

- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic discussions
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Work closely with recruitment managers and senior consultants
- Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment documentation

- Achieve defined recruitment and productivity targets

Candidate Profile

We are looking for

- MBA / PGDM graduates from reputed colleges/institutes




- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- High energy and a willingness to learn
- A proactive and result-oriented approach

- Genuine interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Consulting
- Comfort with working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work from office on a permanent basis

Preferred Location Candidates residing in Mumbai, particularly along the Western Line or nearby areas, will be preferred due to the permanent work-from-office requirement.
