Role & responsibilities

- Execute HVAC projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

- Supervise installation of ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and VRF/VRV systems.

- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

- Prepare and manage material estimation, planning, and requirement schedules.

- Conduct and coordinate testing & commissioning of HVAC systems.

- Maintain necessary site documentation, reports, and project records.

- Ensure work is completed as per required quality standards, specifications, and timelines.

- Ensure strict compliance with site safety procedures and company policies.

- Monitor site progress and coordinate with the project team to resolve technical/site issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- 28 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP projects.

- Valuable knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

- Good coordination, communication, and site management skills.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office will be an added advantage.
