SL Lumax Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Qualified to manage end-to-end hiring activities for manufacturing and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen profiles and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines.
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and future positions.




- Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- 47 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Prior experience in the Automobile or Auto Component Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other manufacturing functions.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
