Job Purpose To conduct internal audits across hospital departments to ensure compliance, financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of clinical and non-clinical departments.

- Review compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

- Audit billing, revenue, cash, inventory, pharmacy, procurement, and other processes.

- Identify risks, process gaps, revenue leakage, and irregularities.

- Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.

- Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure.

- Support quality and accreditation compliance, including NABH requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Hospital Administration, or related field.

- 35 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the hospital/healthcare industry.

- Robust knowledge of auditing, compliance, finance, and hospital operations.
