Agents- Banking Process

Job Location: Gurgaon

Process: Domestic Voice Process

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Up to 2.5 lpa + Incentives

Languages: English/Hindi/ Bengali

We are hiring Agents for a Banking Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is mandatory (any stream).




- Good communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
