Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR telephonic screening and candidate assessments.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

- Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical positions.

- Verify candidate information and maintain screening records.





- Share candidate profiles with stakeholders and coordinate recruitment updates.

HR Operations

- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.

- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.

- Assist in HRMS data management and employee database updates.

- Support attendance, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS dashboards.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies.

Administrative Support

- Prepare recruitment and HR-related presentations and reports.

- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements.

- Support learning & development and employee engagement activities as required.
