About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with 14 years of experience in IT, Non-IT, and Bulk Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and hiring targets simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment across different levels and functions.

- Drive bulk hiring for high-volume requirements within defined timelines.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth joining and onboarding.

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.





- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver relevant profiles.

- Achieve defined daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

- Experience in IT, Non-IT, and/or Bulk Hiring.

- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

- Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred

- Experience in handling high-volume/bulk recruitment drives.

- Exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.

- Experience with immediate joiners and short turnaround hiring.

- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
