Key Responsibilities

- Review and understand interior drawings, architectural drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day interior project execution at site.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.

- Supervise civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, partitions, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP/interior works.

- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

- Check site measurements, levels, dimensions, materials, and workmanship.

- Coordinate and follow up on shop drawings, material approvals, samples, and technical submissions.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site reports, work schedules, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors and monitor manpower and productivity.

- Identify technical/site issues and coordinate with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.

- Monitor material requirements, delivery schedules, and material availability at site.

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure rectification of defects and snags.

- Prepare and maintain snag lists and handover documentation.





- Coordinate testing, commissioning, final inspections, and project handover.

- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable standards.

- Support project cost control by monitoring quantities, wastage, variations, and additional works.

- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final project documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Experience in interior fit-out, commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or office projects.

- Good knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishing works.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, civil, and MEP drawings.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel.

- Knowledge of project planning and site coordination.

- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/project execution.

- Experience handling contractors and subcontractors.

- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement, material estimation, and project documentation.

- Experience in coordinating multiple activities and achieving project deadlines.
