Job Title: Female Sales Executive Sales Closure & Order Conversion

Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Sales Executive with good communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales closure, order conversion, order booking, and client follow-ups.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with prospects, generating sales, converting leads into customers, and achieving confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Generate sales and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Drive sales closures and achieve assigned targets.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, and customer discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until successful order closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and confirmed orders.
- Identify recent sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements





- Any Graduate can apply.
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Strong experience in sales closures and order conversion is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Should be comfortable working with sales targets.
- Should have a proactive and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Tele sales, Order Booking, Printing, Manufacturing, or similar sales roles will be preferred.

Priority will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of converting inquiries/leads into confirmed orders and closing sales.
