Position: International Voice Support Executive

Process: Telecom / Customer Support

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international telecom customers.
- Assist customers with mobile plans, network issues, billing, SIM-related queries, and service requests.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Upsell higher-value plans, upgrades, and additional services.
- Cross-sell relevant telecom products and services.
- Achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and accurate call records.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Positive spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling international customers.
- Good convincing and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
