Project Planning & Scheduling:

- Develop detailed project schedules, work programs, and execution plans.

- Prepare baseline schedules, milestones, and activity sequences using project planning tools.

- Coordinate with project teams to align resources, priorities, and deadlines.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track project progress against approved schedules and milestones.

- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates.

- Identify delays, constraints, and potential risks affecting project completion.

Coordination & Execution Support:

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Monitor site activities and ensure alignment with project schedules.

- Support teams in resolving planning-related issues and improving workflow efficiency.

Schedule Control & Recovery Planning:

- Analyse project delays and prepare mitigation and recovery plans.

- Update schedules based on actual progress and approved changes.

- Monitor critical activities and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.

Resource & Progress Management:

- Track manpower, materials,



and equipment requirements against project plans.

- Support resource allocation to optimize project execution.

- Monitor productivity and performance against planned targets.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain project schedules, progress records, and planning documentation.

- Prepare look-ahead schedules, delay analysis, and status reports.

- Maintain records for client, consultant, and management reviews.

Client & Consultant Coordination

- Support project meetings by providing schedule updates and progress information.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on project timelines and deliverables.

- Assist in maintaining contractual schedule requirements.
