We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in contract staffing and technical sourcing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for contract roles.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in C2H hiring (Must Have).
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with contemporary sourcing tools.
- Understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
- Experience with ATS tools preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

- 2+years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
- Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, etc.).
- Source, screen,



and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule discussions, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of technical roles including Developers, QA/Testers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, SAP Consultants, Front-end, Backend, and more.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle multiple requirements and high-volume hiring within defined TAT.
