Role : Senior digital marketing

We are looking for a Senior Executive Digital Marketing (AI-Driven) to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with strong expertise in AI-powered marketing, automation, analytics and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing and online property portals.
- Develop and maintain a robust social media presence across relevant digital platforms and continuously improve engagement, reach and lead generation.
- Measure and report campaign performance against defined ROI, CPL, CPQL, site-visit, booking and revenue KPIs.
- Identify market trends, customer behaviour and campaign insights and optimize marketing budgets based on data-driven findings.
- Plan, execute and measure A/B testing, conversion experiments, landing-page optimization and lead-funnel improvements.





Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to analyse the complete customer journey from lead generation lead qualification site visit negotiation booking

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Skill Set

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing and Real Estate Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, social media and analytics.
- Strong understanding of CRM and digital lead-generation funnels.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI tools and AI prompting.
- Knowledge of AI-powered content creation, predictive analytics and marketing automation.
- Understanding of AEO/GEO and AI-search optimization.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to connect marketing metrics with site visits, bookings and revenue.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and conversion funnels.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and convert them into measurable business outcomes.
