Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries related to Mutual Funds, provide accurate information and customer support, resolve service-related queries, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
• NISM Series V-A Certification Mandatory
•Need minimum 06 months to 1 year experience in mutual fund
• Graduate from any stream
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with inbound customer service
• Immediate joiners preferred
SPECIAL JOINING BONUS 10,000
For NISM V-A Certified Candidates
• 5,000 after completion of 30 days
• 5,000 after completion of 60 days
