Job Overview
Sutherland is hiring Fresher candidates for an International Semi-Voice / Non-Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries through written communication channels such as email, chat, and ticketing systems, while providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Voice or Chat Process are eligible to apply. Graduates, undergraduates, and postgraduates can apply, subject to the process requirements. Freshers are eligible to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone in all written communication.
- Ensure customer issues are properly documented and tracked.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on completed tasks and pending items.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and service-level requirements.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets as defined by the process.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills are required.

- Candidates must be versatile to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office.

- Candidates residing within 25 km of the office are eligible for the night-shift cab facility, subject to company policy.
