We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Onboarding & Transition Associate to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new clients. In this role, you'll coordinate client transitions from kickoff through operational handover, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure all requirements, timelines, and deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and transition activities.

- Gather and document client requirements, processes, and expectations.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and knowledge transfer.

- Maintain onboarding plans, trackers, checklists, and project documentation.

- Schedule and facilitate onboarding meetings, training sessions, and progress reviews.

- Monitor timelines, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.

- Identify and resolve gaps, risks, or missing information during the onboarding process.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients during onboarding and transition.

- Ensure successful handover of clients to the operations team.





What We're Looking For

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proactive problem-solving and strong follow-up skills.

- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

- Basic understanding of accounting processes such as AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end close.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, operations, project coordination, implementation, or a similar role.

- Fresh graduates with robust organizational, communication, and accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
