About the Job
- Customer inquiries: Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or other methods
- Customer needs: Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Product information: Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Customer complaints:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Customer feedback: Pass customer feedback on to the product or sales team
- Customer records: Maintain a database of customer information
- Communication: Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications
- Sales targets: Meet customer-service department sales targets
- Process documents: Process documents like applications, forms, and custom requests
- Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved
- Escalations: Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there's a complex issue
