Roles & Responsibility :

1. Sourcing candidates as per JD & clients requirement

2. Making calls daily to to prospective candidates (40+) to identify and match the right candidate as per clients requirements

3. Screening & processing and sharing right profiles

4. Scheduling interviews

5. Documentation & follow up

6. Reporting and closing profiles regularly for open positions of clients requirements

Preferred candidate profile

1. Education: Bio Science / Biotechnology / Psychology/English /MBA HR / BBA

2. Only recruitment experience in core recruitment role (Pls dont apply if you have generalist background)

3. Experience in Non-IT Mid to Leadership hiring

4. Pharma/Healthcare Medical hiring exp Preferred

5. Advanced Communication skills Mandatory

6. Freshers ( 2026 passout only) with outstanding career and advanced communication skills who wants to learn and build HR-Talent Acquistion & Recruitment career
