Position: Manager / Assistant Manager Social Media & Google Ads & SEO

Role:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the companys social media presence, SEO, paid digital campaigns, content strategy, and digital performance to increase brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Manage paid & organic social media campaigns and optimize performance resulting better ROI
- Create content calendars, campaign briefs, reels, posts, blogs, videos, and other content.
- Handle SEO activities include multi keywords research, competitor analysis, on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and link building.
- Improve Google rankings, organic traffic, website visibility, and conversions.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube/LinkedIn campaigns and monitor budgets.
- Track metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM,



CPL, CPA, ROAS, traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Use tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Hares/Moz.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, influencers, content writers, designers, Sales, Product, and Brand teams.
