Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing residential and commercial spaces. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, 3D visualizations, working drawings, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs based on client requirements and site conditions.

- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design tools.

- Create working drawings, construction drawings, and interior design drawings for project execution.

- Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, project coordinators, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress.

- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets and provide suitable design solutions.

- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, construction standards, and safety codes.

- Conduct site visits and project reviews to ensure design implementation aligns with the approved plans.





- Assist in material selection, design modifications, and technical support during construction.

- Prepare design presentations and proposals for client discussions and approvals.

- Support the team in project planning, timelines, and coordination with contractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design, residential or commercial projects preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural design software.

- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and design standards.

- Good knowledge of interior layouts, space planning, and design detailing.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
