The Vice President – Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of Rail Rolls across all outlets. The role will focus on operational excellence, sales growth, profitability, food quality, customer satisfaction, cost control, staff productivity, and successful expansion of the business.QSR field Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the QSR / Restaurant / Food & Beverage i
- experience is mandatory.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations leadership position, preferably as Head of Operations, General Manager – Operations, Regional Operations Head, VP – Operations, or a similar role.

- Strong experience in multi-outlet QSR operations and managing operations across multiple locations.

- Proven experience in sales growth, outlet profitability, food cost control,



inventory management, manpower planning, staff productivity, wastage control, quality control, and customer service.

- Strong hands-on experience in managing Outlet Managers, Area Managers, Crew Members, and large operational teams.

- Experience in new outlet openings, QSR expansion, SOP implementation, operational audits, and process improvement.

- Robust understanding of QSR KPIs, food cost, labour cost, inventory variance, wastage, sales targets, customer complaints, and outlet profitability.

- Willingness to travel regularly across multiple outlets and locations.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹2,181,225.23 per month
