Role Description The VP – Client Services will lead key client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, service excellence, and long-term partnership growth for brands targeting Tier 2/3 and rural markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing account management teams, guiding strategic campaigns, and driving client satisfaction and retention. On a day-to-day basis, the VP – Client Services will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated advertising and digital marketing initiatives, review performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.





The role includes mentoring and developing the client services team, participating in high-level business pitches, and identifying new growth opportunities within existing and potential accounts. The VP will also ensure that client deliverables meet quality standards and reflect Eggfirst’s commitment to impactful communication and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Account Management skills to handle multiple key accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills with a focus on developing integrated campaigns for Tier 2/3 and rural markets.
- Candidates should possess Sales and business development skills to drive account growth, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop client service and account management teams.
- Extensive experience in advertising, digital marketing, or integrated communications, preferably with exposure to semi-urban or rural markets.
- Proven track record in managing senior-level client stakeholders and leading complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with creative, media, and digital teams.
