Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar power projects.

- Manage government tenders for solar energy projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and securing successful project outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver presentations to clients.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize tender submissions.

Job Requirements :

- 15-21 years of experience in BD (Business Development) or related field within the renewable energy industry.

- Proven track record of success in bidding for government tenders for large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Robust understanding of solar energy technologies, policies, and regulations governing the sector.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
