Position: Volunteer Counsellor

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and responsible Volunteer Counsellor with excellent communication skills and a positive personality. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds and should have a strong belief in teamwork and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel and guide individuals by understanding their needs and concerns.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Build positive relationships and maintain a friendly, supportive environment.
- Coordinate with team members and contribute effectively to team activities.
- Motivate and encourage individuals toward positive decisions and actions.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
- Participate in meetings, awareness activities, and other assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Good personality with confidence and a positive attitude.
- Strong team-management and coordination skills.
- Ability to listen patiently and understand people's concerns.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Volunteer / Part time Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
