The program identifies, trains, and nurtures young talent from disadvantaged communities, providing access to quality coaching, sports gear, and opportunities to compete at district, state, and national levels.
Role & responsibilities :
1.
Sports Specific for overall program implementation.
2. Lead training sessions at HCL Foundation supported sports development centres & ensuring regular participation of program participants.
3. Talent Scouting & Creating Excellence Team in respective locations.
4. Effectively working on creating Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports on Talent Development Program of Sports for Change Special Initiative.
5. Conducting summer & winter Camp for respective locations
6. Closely Working on Standard Skill and Fitness Assessments.
7. Handle logistics like participant travel, accommodation, Food, etc. during the sports events.
8. The role would require extensive travel across India.
9. Effective engagement of HCL employees at Sports for Change competition through creative and engaging strategies (employee volunteering).
Preferred candidate profile :
1. Professional License Course (Preferably NIS/International Level Player/National Level Player)
2. Minimum qualification required (Mped/Bped).
3. Associated with District & State Level associations/ federation.
4. Excellent management and organizational skills along with strong quantitative skills.
5. Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and team player.
6. Ability to deal with unstructured and changing environments.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
