About The Client

Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.

Essential Job Functions:

- Administration and Support for virtual machines to migrate from old storage to new storage.

- Addition of new storage to ESXI server and migrate the VM to new storage POD and troubleshooting the Client L3 team and vendor in case of any issue.

- Service Now tickets / Change Request assigned in Storage Migration and VM migration from old storage to new storage.

- Follow change related protocols by using Service Now tool & correct templates provided by client.

Qualifications

- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Infrastructure with a solid focus virtualization technology (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V), deployment, configuration, and support.

- Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux Server operating systems and Active Directory.

- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).

- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.

- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with monitoring tools.

- Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Soft Skills

- Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail.





- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
