About The Job:

- We are seeking a hands-on VMware Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong SRE mindset to design, automate, and operate enterprise-scale VMware platforms.

- The role requires deep practical experience in VMware automation and orchestration, with the ability to identify BAU operational gaps and implement scalable automation solutions.

- This position demands real-world hands-on expertise, not just conceptual understanding.

- Design and implement automation using VMware Aria Automation (vRA) and Aria Automation Orchestrator (vRO).

- Develop and manage vRA–vRO integrations supporting Day 0, Day 1, and Day 2 use cases

- Build reusable automation blueprints, workflows, and orchestration frameworks

- Apply vRA workflows vs vRO workflows appropriately based on lifecycle and complexity

- Ensure version compatibility across vRA, vRO, vCenter, and related components
