VDI Management

- Deploy, configure, and manage VMware VDI environments (Connection Server, UAG, Composer/Instant Clones).
- lAccops HyWorks VDI and HySecure gateway for secure remote access.
- Create and manage desktop pools (persistent/non-persistent).
- Handle provisioning, recomposition, and image management.
- Manage VMware vCenter, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.
- Monitor resource utilization (CPU, RAM, Storage) and optimize performance.
- Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of VDI components.

User & Access Management
- Configure and manage user access via Active Directory integration.
- Implement MFA and security policies in HySecure.
- Troubleshoot login issues, session disconnects, and profile-related problems.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve VDI-related issues (latency, session drops, profile corruption).
- Monitor logs (vdi, HyWorks, vCenter)



for proactive issue detection.
- Work on incident, problem, and change management processes.

Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoint security and secure access using HySecure policies.
- Implement best practices for VDI hardening and data protection.
- Maintain audit logs and compliance standards.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with VMware VDI
- Hands-on with Accops HySecure & HyWorks.
- Valuable knowledge of VMware vCenter, ESXi.
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, GPOs.
- Experience with VDI troubleshooting & performance tuning.
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewall, load balancer concepts).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
