Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Bengaluru.

The Visual

Merchandiser will design and implement engaging window displays and in-store layouts that reflect LuLu Group India’s brand standards and seasonal campaigns.

Responsibilities include planning product placements, coordinating with store and sales teams, and ensuring that visual concepts support customer engagement and sales objectives. The role involves monitoring store presentation daily, updating displays and signage,



and maintaining visual consistency across departments.

The Visual

Merchandiser will also analyze customer response to visual initiatives and provide suggestions to improve store aesthetics and overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Retail and Sales skills to align visual displays with merchandising plans and revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to collaborate with store teams and understand shopper preferences.
- Candidates should possess focused Window Displays skills, including layout planning, color coordination, and creative presentation.
- Relevant experience in visual merchandising, fashion or grocery retail, or store layout design is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising tools or software and familiarity with current retail trends are an advantage.
- Formal education in visual merchandising, design, retail management, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
