? About the Role

We are looking for a VMO Coordinator to join our Vendor Management Office (VMO) team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will drive supplier management activities, ensure seamless contract renewals, and lead onboarding processes. You will play a key role in tracking supplier performance, preparing executive reviews, and ensuring continuity across our VMO operations.

? Key Responsibilities

? Contract Renewal & Software Asset Management (SAM)

- Act as the primary liaison between Contract Renewal and SAM teams.
- Maintain and track the global IT supplier renewal schedule.
- Drive proactive communication and timely escalations for upcoming renewals.

? Onboarding Project Management

- Coordinate supplier onboarding documentation, compliance, and setup tasks.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to guarantee a smooth transition.
- Own the onboarding pipeline and report progress directly to leadership.

? Executive Business Review (EBR) Support

- Collect, summarize, and build agendas for high-profile EBRs.
- Aggregate supplier performance data, project impacts, and survey feedback.
- Prepare executive-ready materials (slide decks,



scheduling, and meeting notes).

? Supplier Event & Scoring Oversight

- Capture and track supplier event data, compliance, and value delivery.
- Oversee the supplier scoring process to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Deliver visual, data-driven reporting on the health of supplier relationships.

? VMO Team Backup

- Learn end-to-end VMO operations to support forecasting and budgeting.
- Provide continuous operational coverage alongside VMO Analysts.

? Qualifications We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in vendor management, project management, or procurement operations.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of the supplier lifecycle and governance.
- Contract Familiarity: Working knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and Order Forms.
- Tech Stack: Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Bonus Points: Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, or Oracle.
