About IVB:
IVB - Institute of Venture Building, is a recent age institute for entrepreneurship, based on experiential learning
Our programs go beyond classroom lectures, where students learn by building real businesses
You will be part of our content team, working directly with our co-founder, a creator with ~250k followers on Instagram
Responsibilities:
The role involves graphic design and UI/UX design for IVB, and to assist with design and mentoring for student ventures
Graphic Design: Create graphics such as brochures, flyers, presentations, packaging, and other collateral
UI/UX Design:
Design website content using tools such as Figma
Content Optimization: Use AI tools to optimize ideation and design, and track performance
Video Production (Bonus): Capture and edit basic photo / video content for events and campaigns as needed
Desired Profile:
The ideal candidate would be someone who loves and understands design, has a refined design taste, flair for creating engaging visuals, and proficiency with necessary tools

1 round of interview
