About the Role

We’re looking for a strong visual designer with a presentation focus to join our creative team.

This role is not about simply putting content into PowerPoint or working from a set of predefined templates. Our presentation work often involves complex content, bespoke visual concepts, infographics, data visualisation, image manipulation, illustrations, diagrams, and other creative elements that come together to create a polished final deck.

You should therefore be as comfortable working in Adobe Creative Cloud as you are in PowerPoint. You might build the overall slide in PowerPoint, create a custom graphic in Illustrator, manipulate imagery in Photoshop, develop an infographic, and then bring everything together into a cohesive presentation.

The role is best suited to someone who enjoys the intersection of graphic design, visual storytelling, and presentation design, with presentations being the primary focus of the work.

What You’ll Be Working On

- Designing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, proposals, reports, executive communications, and other business-facing materials
- Taking raw or complex content and developing a clear visual approach that makes the story easier to understand and more engaging
- Creating bespoke slide designs rather than relying solely on standard templates or layouts
- Developing infographics, diagrams, frameworks, data visualisations, illustrations, icons, image treatments, and other visual assets to support the presentation
- Using Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint together to create the right visual solution for each project
- Working with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant creative tools to develop assets that enhance presentation design
- Redesigning existing decks and taking them from functional to visually compelling
- Working within brand guidelines while developing creative approaches appropriate to the audience and purpose




- Designing across different visual styles and adapting quickly to different brands and client requirements
- Working on both individual slides and large, complex decks where consistency and attention to detail are critical
- Collaborating with Senior Designers, Lead Designers, and the onshore team to develop concepts, explore visual directions, and refine final outputs
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume creative environment
- Reviewing work carefully for visual consistency, accuracy, alignment, typography, formatting, and overall quality

What Makes You a Positive Fit

- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, presentation design, or a similar field
- Strong hands-on experience across both graphic design and presentation design, with a clear strength or preference towards presentations
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create sophisticated, highly customised presentations
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and information design
- Ability to decide when a design should be created directly in PowerPoint and when it requires another creative tool or approach
- Ability to turn complex information into clear visual communication without oversimplifying the message
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how individual slides work together as part of a larger narrative
- Comfortable working with charts, data, diagrams, frameworks, infographics, imagery, and other visual formats
- Ability to work within existing design systems while also developing new creative approaches
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines
- Able to work effectively with Senior Designers, Lead Designers, and onshore teams
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong graphic design and presentation work, with particular emphasis on sophisticated business or client-facing presentations
