About the RoleMercys is a branding, marketing and technology company. Our designers work across three things: brand identity — logos, guidelines, and packaging; marketing — social creatives, campaigns, and video; and creatives for digital products like websites and apps.

As a Visual Designer I, you will work across all three. One week a brand's social creatives, the next a set of campaign assets, the week after visuals for a product launch. You will see more variety here in six months than most designers see in two years.

This is our entry-level role, and we mean that in the best way. Real client work from month one, honest feedback on every piece. If you want to grow quickly rather than comfortably, this is a valuable place to do it.

What You Will Do

- Design social creatives, campaign assets and brand collateral
- Edit short-form video — reels, ads and promos
- Turn briefs into finished, on-brand work
- Adapt designs across formats and platforms without losing quality
- Use AI tools to move faster and bring real craft on top

What We Are Looking For
- Solid fundamentals in typography, composition, layout, colour and hierarchy




- Ability to design from scratch, not adapt templates
- Willingness to work across styles — a healthcare brand and a travel brand should not look the same
- Clear communication and the habit of asking when a brief is unclear
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or any video editing tool
- Comfortable with AI tools. We use them daily. We are not looking for someone who lets AI do the thinking — we want someone who uses it to move faster, then applies real craft on top

Experience
- 0–2 years in visual or graphic design, or a portfolio strong enough to make experience irrelevant
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or any video editing platform
- A portfolio showing range — social, brand, print or video
