Role Description The Visual Communication Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position involves creating clear and engaging visual materials that support internal and external communication, including videos, presentations, infographics, and digital assets. The intern will assist in drafting and visually enhancing press releases, strategic communication campaigns, and internal communications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, refining written content into visually appealing formats,



and supporting communication initiatives across multiple channels. The role also includes gathering feedback, iterating on designs, and maintaining organized documentation of visual communication assets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Internal Communications skills to convey information clearly across teams.
- Ability to contribute to Press Releases and Strategic Communications with a focus on visual storytelling.
- Solid Writing skills to support the creation and refinement of content used in visual materials.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design or visual tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for layout, typography, and branding consistency.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Communications, Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Interest in technology, automation platforms, and learning about IT support domains is an advantage.
