Overview
Looking for an experienced Visier Application Support Engineer to independently manage the support, maintenance, troubleshooting, administration, and enhancement of a Visier People Analytics platform.
The candidate should possess robust hands-on Visier expertise and be capable of independently supporting the application, including incident management, user support, data validation, integration troubleshooting, platform administration, release support, and stakeholder interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
· Provide L2/L3 support for the Visier platform and related People Analytics solutions.
· Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production incidents.
· Investigate and resolve user-reported issues.
· Support enhancement requests and minor configuration changes.
· User onboarding and access administration.
Data & Analytics Support
· Validate workforce analytics dashboards and reports.
· Investigate data discrepancies and KPI calculation issues.
· Monitor data refreshes and scheduled jobs.
· Support data reconciliation and data quality checks.
· Verify data consistency between source systems and Visier.
Coordination
· Work directly with client stakeholders and HR business users.
· Participate in ticket reviews, status meetings, and service reviews.
