Job Title: Team Leader – Immigration & Visa Counseling

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Immigration to guide, manage, and support our team of visa counselors. In this role, you will oversee daily leads/calls and operations, ensure high application success rates, and step in to handle complex immigration cases. You will balance team leadership with quality control to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of visa counselors to achieve performance targets and high service standards.
- Case Escalation & Guidance: Act as the subject matter expert for complex or high-risk visa cases, helping counselors troubleshoot difficult applications.
- Quality Control: Periodically review client files, application forms, and submitted documents to ensure zero errors and compliance with embassy guidelines.
- Process Optimization: Streamline internal workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs),



and file tracking to reduce processing times.
- Training & Onboarding: Train new hires on immigration policies, customer service standards, and application portals.
- Embassy & Policy Updates: Stay ahead of changes in global immigration laws, visa rules, and country-specific updates, keeping the team informed and aligned.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (higher degree is a plus).
- 3–5+ years of experience in immigration/visa counseling, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of visa processes and immigration policies for major destinations (e.g., US, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe).
- Proven track record of managing team workflows and meeting application targets.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and sharp analytical abilities.
