● About the Role

Everest Group publishes 600+ reports annually and partners with global enterprises through research-led content. The Visual Arts function is evolving to combine strong design craft with AI-assisted workflows and automation to improve design quality, consistency, and delivery at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Visual Artist – Next-Gen Design who combines strong visual design fundamentals with curiosity and hands-on experience in AI-enabled design workflows.

● Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Creative

- Own end-to-end visual design across research reports, presentations, marketing collateral, social media, and internal communications.
- Translate complex information into clear, engaging slides, infographics, frameworks, diagrams, and visual stories.
- Maintain brand identity, templates, exhibit systems, typography, layouts, and accessibility standards.
- Ensure consistency and quality across digital and print deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand briefs, develop concepts, and deliver high-quality outputs.

2. AI-Enabled Design & Innovation

- Build and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve design speed, consistency, and quality.
- Develop prompt libraries, reusable workflows, and checklists for formatting, exhibit creation, image exploration, and content alignment.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or equivalent AI platforms across the design process.
- Explore and implement custom GPTs/AI assistants for repetitive design and creative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing design processes through AI and automation.





3. Automation & Design Process

- Implement low/no-code automation using tools such as Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Automate repetitive design operations such as file routing, metadata management, versioning, and content handling.
- Use basic code assistance, including the ability to understand or adapt simple Python snippets, where relevant to design workflows.
- Document AI and automation workflows so the wider team can adopt them effectively.

4. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure AI-assisted outputs meet brand, quality, licensing, and usage requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow responsible and ethical AI practices.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all final deliverables.

● Mandatory Requirements

- 5–9 years of experience in visual/communication design.
- Strong and relevant design portfolio demonstrating creativity and professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Proven experience across digital and print design.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or equivalent in real design projects.
- Demonstrated experience developing or using AI-assisted design workflows.
- Solid fundamentals in typography, visual hierarchy, grids, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to convert complex information into clear visual communication, presentations, infographics, and frameworks.
- Basic understanding of custom GPTs/AI assistants or guided AI workflows.
- Familiarity with low/no-code automation tools such as Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize work, and deliver within timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality





● Preferred Requirements

- Experience in B2B research, consulting, professional services, or corporate environments.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience building and maintaining custom GPTs/AI assistants for design workflows.
- Experience creating AI-powered automation for repetitive design processes.
- Basic ability to read and adapt Python snippets; no heavy coding required.
- Understanding of data visualization and exhibit/dashboard design.
- Basic motion design experience using After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of print production and publishing workflows.
- Experience creating design systems, templates, or reusable visual frameworks.
