Role Description The Visa Consultant role at Exciting Tales is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the consultant advises clients on visa and immigration requirements for various destinations, ensuring they understand documentation, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client profiles, preparing and reviewing visa applications, coordinating with consulates or embassies, and tracking application status. The consultant responds to client inquiries, provides clear and timely updates, and maintains accurate records of all cases. The role also involves staying current with changing immigration regulations,



contributing to internal knowledge resources, and collaborating with the travel content and operations teams to support smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of visas and immigration regulations, with experience handling diverse immigration issues.
- Demonstrated consulting skills, including the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate visa options.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally to clients.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for managing documentation, timelines, and multiple cases.
- Proficiency with standard office and case-management software; ability to maintain accurate digital records.
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and ethical practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as International Relations, Business, Law, or similar) preferred.
- Prior experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or travel-related advisory roles is an advantage.
