We work with businesses and channel partners to facilitate structured financing solutions across Supply Chain Finance, Bill Discounting, Leasing and Working Capital.

We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager – Supply Chain Finance who can manage customer and partner relationships, understand financing requirements, coordinate documentation and drive cases through the complete processing cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, Handle and manage financing cases for Bill Discounting, Leasing and Working Capital Term Loans.
- Understand client business profiles, funding requirements and financial information.
- Coordinate with clients, DSAs, channel partners and lending partners throughout the loan process.
- Collect and review required financial and business documents.
- Coordinate with credit, operations and lending teams for smooth case processing.
- Follow up on pending documents, queries, approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Support channel partners in identifying and structuring suitable financing opportunities.
- Maintain proper case records, MIS and follow-up through Excel and email.
- Use technology and LLM/AI tools to improve communication, productivity and case management.

Key Selection Criteria





Must Have:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a Bank, NBFC or DSA.
- Experience in Retail Loans / Business Loans / Loan Processing preferred.
- Strong understanding of the lending and loan processing cycle.
- Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel.
- Excellent email drafting and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable using LLM / AI models such as ChatGPT and similar productivity tools.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
