About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Visa Counselor to help clients navigate the visa application process for studying, working, or traveling abroad. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them step-by-step through paperwork, interview preparation, and embassy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Guidance: Meet with clients to understand their travel, study, or work goals and advise them on the best visa options.
- Document Review: Help clients gather, organize, and check all required documents (passport copies, financial statements, admission letters, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Status Tracking: Follow up on pending visa applications, update clients on their progress, and handle any embassy inquiries.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with changing immigration laws, visa rules, and application procedures for major destination countries.





Key Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a visa counselor, travel consultant, or immigration specialist (preferred).
- Strong understanding of visa application processes for popular countries (e.g., US, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen Area).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- High attention to detail—errors on visa forms can cause delays or rejections.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, online forms).
