About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure seamless execution of sales operations. If you have strong communication skills, a knack for coordination, and are passionate about supporting business growth, we'd love to connect with you.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or above
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Provide coordination and administrative support to the VP Sales and the Sales Team. Manage customer records, sales documentation, proposals, quotations, and reports. Coordinate customer communications, meetings, follow-ups, and track action items.



Maintain accurate and updated CRM records and sales databases. Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support sales activities. Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and management information for leadership review. Ensure timely execution of customer commitments and support overall business operations. Why Join Us?
