Most sales roles hand you a territory inside somebody else's category. This one hands you the category.
India is only beginning to buy clean air the way it already buys clean water. Who ends up owning that shift is still an open question, and we intend to be part of the answer. We are looking for the person who will set a number nobody asked them for, and then go and hit it.

The Company
OXYCURE designs and manufactures air and environment products in India. O2Cure is our air purification line for homes, offices, hospitals, hotels and industrial spaces. Moscure is our chemical-free mosquito control range.

The Role
You are the sales engine for O2Cure. Not a coordinator, and not a team lead waiting for a team. You carry the number personally, you open the doors yourself, and you close.




You also walk in with something most people joining a company this size do not get. There is a mapped NCR pipeline of more than 350 qualified prospects across hospitals, hotels, banquets, farms and commercial spaces, already visited and segmented. It is warm and it is waiting. What it has been missing is someone who will work it properly.

What You Will Own
- The number. Set the target, own the forecast, defend both. We would rather you set a goalpost higher than we would have asked for and fall slightly short than watch you explicit something safe.
- Your book. Bring the relationships you already have across facility heads, hospital infrastructure teams, hotel engineering, MEP consultants, architects and dealers. Open doors in week one, not month six.
- The close. First meeting to signed order. Proposal, pricing conversation, objections, follow-through. Nothing handed off at the last mile.
- The demo standard. A demo that lands is the difference between a sign
