- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining effective use of resourcesn
- Monitor production processes and adjust production schedules as needed to maintain quality standards and meet customer requirementsn
- Manage and train production employees, ensuring that all the members are trained to perform their duties efficiently as per expected skill level safely.n
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available when neededn
- Develop and implement safety procedures and guidelines to ensure that all production processes are performed safely with 100% PPE adherence.n
- Ensure safety audits completion on time and vigilant to safety at workplace for safe working environment.n
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Maintenance, Manufacturing engineering, Quality, Engineering and logistics, to improve production processes and meet customer requirementsn




- Ensure that all production processes comply with industry standards and regulationsn
- Provide regular reports to senior management on production progress, OEE, Manufacturing scrap and output efficiencyn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, 8D methodology, 7QC tools etcn
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives to support for productivity cost savings from shop floor.n
- Maintain high level of 5S in shop floor and improve visual factory floorn
- Motivate employees to participate in KAIZEN and Suggestion process.n
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 quality management system standardsn
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools.n

nExperience : Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in a production management role in the automobile industry
nIndustry Preferred : Automotive/ Manufacturing in OEM.
