Qualifications:
- EXP- 5 to 8 years
- At least 2 years of experience managing Windows Server Infrastructure
- Experience managing and working with remote teams
- Ability to document procedures, create runbooks, and maintain knowledge bases
- Experience working with multi-national environments
- Requirements:
- English level: minimum B2
- Experience in Windows Server administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise Windows environments (performance, security, services)

Expertise in:
- Active Directory (AD)




- Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- DNS
- DHCP
- Certificate services

Virtualization & Cloud:
- Basic experience in VMware vSphere/ESXi administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter (clusters, HA, DRS, storage policies, templates, snapshots, etc.)
- Basic expertise in Client Prism Central/Element and AHV hypervisor (N2C included)
- Automation & Scripting: Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation of virtualization tasks (Ansible)
- Backup & Recovery:Familiarity with backup tools for virtual environments (e.g., Commvault, Networker)
