Job Role & Responsibilities
- Role:
- To design and develop PDC dies for HPDC, LPDC & GDC for automotive components while ensuring manufacturability, quality & cost optimization.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models as per design requirements.
- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure tool feasibility and functionality.
- Support tool trials, modifications, and troubleshooting during development stages.
- Ensure designs comply with quality standards, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for tool development and validation.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with R&D; for manufacturability feedback in view of quality requirement, cost reduction & commonization etc.
- To design and develop PDC dies for HPDC, LPDC & GDC.
- Prepare 3D models & 2D drawings as per design requirements.
- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure tool feasibility and functionality.
- Support tool trials, modifications, and troubleshooting during development stages.

Competency Requirements
Technical/ Functional:
- Strong experience in PDC dies & components.
- Proficiency in CAD software UG NX.
- Understanding of GD&T; and automotive manufacturing standards.
Behavioral:
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to work in CFTs.
