Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in stakeholder and program management.
- Robust capability in devising and implementing TDM tools and end-to-end solutions. Preferable: Delphix. Other TDM tools : CA TDM, IBM OPTIM
- Familiarity with test data profiling, data quality assessment, masking, PII identification, integrating in CI/CD
- Experience in managing test scenario and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning test data.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2,IMS,VSAM, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endeavor.
- Proficiency in any scripting language e.g. Python, JAVA
