Position: UX Designer

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Job Location: Pune/Bangalore

Responsibilities

Define research objectives

Formulate research proposals with various product departments based on their needs

Conducts studies with other UX designers

Apply methods such as user research, comparative analysis, usability testing, field research, surveys, diary studies, etc. in the formulation of product approaches to improve consumer experience.

Analyse qualitative and quantitative data in order to generate strategic and tactical insights

Provide actionable recommendations to drive product design improvements

Analysis and interpretation of cognitive, behavioural, and physiological consumer data

Perform UX research, define IA, user journeys, and create personas

Identify metrics and data that can support decision-making

Work closely with users, stakeholders, business analysts, product managers and development teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas

Create wireframes and prototypes in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Axure and Adobe suite

Education





Bachelor's degree/University degree in Design / Computer Science or equivalent

Certifications in Cognitive Science, Human Factors - Psychology, Computer Science, Computer Interaction, or any other related field.

A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable.

Knowledge of WCAG / Accessibility will be an added advantage

Experience

8 to 12 years in UX Design with a deep understanding of behavioural analysis, system analysis and design

Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, usability studies, interviewing, ethnographic observations and product research within organizations.

Positive analytical skills to perform key research as well as monitor, refine, and supplement research conducted by team members

Portfolio of work and UX Caste studies required
