Night Shift Experience: Preferred

English Communication: Excellent – V5 Quality Mandatory

Age: 21–37 Years

Shift: 11 PM – 8 AM

Working: 5 Days

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs (Mon–Fri)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle VIP customer queries professionally.

- Make renewal and follow-up calls to existing customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high customer service and quality standards.
- Achieve renewal, calling, and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
